A Scholarship Note From

The Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education, Inc. will award seven (7) $1,000 scholarships to talented undergraduate and graduate African Americans and other underrepresented students (persons of color) in the Commonwealth. We invite you to share the enclosed application with your students. All completed applications are to be submitted to [email protected] on or before Friday, April 19, 2024.

The scholarships will be awarded at the 54th Annual Conference Awards ceremony which will be held 12:30 pm (noon) on June 14, 2024.
SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO RECEIVE THEIR SCHOLARSHIP AWARD.
*Please note: Freshmen students (less than 30 completed credit hours) are NOT eligible to apply*.
