Individual Guest Room Guarantee and Cancellation Process
A credit card will be required to guarantee all reservations. A credit card will be authorized upon check-in, and the final balance will be charged upon check-out. Should the reservation be cancelled within 72 hours prior to the arrival date or the guest not arrive on the scheduled day, the credit card will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay.
Cut-off Date: the cut-off date for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00 p.m. EST on October 6, 2017. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
