All faculty and staff currently working at a Pennsylvania institution of higher education are encouraged to apply to participate in the Institute for Education and Management Leadership (IEML). The yearlong workshop is co-sponsored by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education and the Pennsylvania Black Conference on Higher Education and will include mentoring. Sessions will convene around PBCOHE meetings and are designed to prepare participants for upward mobility in Pennsylvania higher education.
The deadline has been extended to January 18.
